Golden Fry is a fast-food restaurant that offers a summer-based menu comprising of lobster rolls, fried seafood, hamburgers, hot dogs and their complements. The small self-serve take-out restaurant eliminated the need for waiters to offer quality, speed, and convenience to their customers. After a decade of existence, the choice was made to move forward with a full brand update.
Branding, Exterior Design
The Golden Fry logo appears as a tilted figure with golden fries that come across on both sides of the logo and the name in the center with a whirl showcasing the entire logo. The concept of the symbol turned out great and accurately represents the brand which is known for providing fresh cut golden fries and famous fried clams; hence, the shape of the "clamshell" for the entire logo. As for the color scheme, red triggers stimulation, appetite, hunger and attracts attention. Yellow triggers the feelings of happiness and friendliness and black triggers the comfort of high-quality food.
