Marketing Challenge

For the fourth consecutive year, Irving Oil has been recognized as one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers. The national competition recognizes organizations with exceptional human resources programs and innovative and forward-thinking workplace policies. Irving Oil was looking for a way to celebrate with employees this achievement. 

Our Solution

By targeting the 30 to 65yo demographic, we knew we needed something beyond the standard photo booth to wow employees and create a fun experience they felt excited to talk about. We came up with the Mosaic Wall Experience with a combination of PhotoBooths / Gif Booths. 


The process

This solution allowed employees from across Canada, the United States and Ireland to create a massive work of art, all while collaborating as a team.


Our technology was monitoring every booth and photo source and, as soon as an image was found, we had it printed on-site on a sticker. Our talented brand ambassadors were then guiding the employees on where to place it on the mosaic wall. They were also on-site to encourage employees to participate, operated the photobooths, and roamed the event capturing photos to ensure the mosaic was completed in time.


The Result

The final Mosaic was revealed once all photos have been placed on the wall. In addition to the printed Mosaic, we offered a digital Mosaic option embedded in a microsite to extend the campaign further and allowed off-site employees to see what was going ''live'' during the activation.
